My wife has left our marriage after 24 years and 20 years of full time ministry. This stuff “doesn’t happen to me.” Recently the Lord woke me up and spoke to me to leave her alone as she was prodigal and it was a battle between Him and her. I was prodigal as well after I left ministry. God showed me all He had to do to get my attention was take away my idol, my wife. She’s now in rebellion and sin and she knows what she is doing is wrong; however, now her business is going well she thinks God is blessing her decision to leave our covenant of marriage. You hit the nail on the head with people sacrificing the marriage for what they want because they have embraced another world and it doesn’t matter who gets hurt. I know I played my part, but we have no biblical grounds for divorce so this is tearing me apart. Of course, she has a whole new friendship group who is encouraging this decision for her and letting her know that “she has to do what makes her happy.” I know it can be restored but I’ve decided to just trust God and allow Him to work on her heart. I decided it’s best to work on myself and get back to who God says I am.

Nice Video. My relationship of 5 years ended a month ago. The love of my life decided to leave me, I really love him so much I can't stop thinking about him, l've tried my very best to get him back in my life, but to no avail, I'm frustrated, I don't see my life as anyone else. If all people have free will, then how can God have a designated point of return or time for them to come to Him/be redeemed? It is conflicting and I do not understand.

I have prayed and ask God to please bring my partner of 24 years. Asking God to help him see his way. Finally my prayers have been answered. And now my partner has decided he does not love me anymore. And after 24 years we are no longer together.

I had to be delivered from this spirit. It is a generational spirit in my family. God had me to go on an extended fast which revealed this spirit and as soon as I knew what it was I sought deliverance. My marriage is in God's order now.

How do you hear from God to let go of a loved one who left? Would it count also when the one who left said there’s no coming back nothing and completely drew the line and made his final decision? 💔

So what do I do if i have gone through Godly sorrow but my husband did not and he came back.

This is so true and based on God's Word. I am experiencing it. My spouse is an unbeliever and became physically abusive. I am separated for 1 year. I have really been giving Christ the secret things of my heart and it is a daily thing. But on the last exchange of the children, my daughter said "daddy is crying in the car now." I only pray that it is a cry from🙏 Godly sorrow, which will one day lead to true repentance. 🙏🙏
